Insurance Coverage

We understand navigating insurance coverage can be overwhelming. Our friendly office staff is here to help you understand your benefits and maximize your coverage. We file all insurance claims on your behalf so you can focus on what matters most—your child’s dental health.

We are proudly in-network with Delta Dental Premier, which helps reduce your out-of-pocket expenses through our contracted rates. For families with other insurance providers, we accept most dental insurance plans as an out-of-network provider. We work with numerous insurance companies to process your claims efficiently.

For families with Oregon Health Plan (OHP) Medicaid coverage, we accept ODS dental plans. We also accept CareOregon and Advantage plans, but coverage is by referral only. If you have questions about your specific insurance plan, please contact our office, and our knowledgeable team will be happy to help determine your coverage.

Payment Options

We offer several payment options to accommodate your family’s budget:

• Convenient payment at the time of service via cash, check, and all major credit cards
• Flexible in-house payment plans tailored to your family’s needs
• 5% courtesy discount for families without insurance coverage

Financial Coordination

Our financial coordinator is available to discuss treatment costs before services are provided. We believe in transparency and want you to feel comfortable with all aspects of your child’s care, including the financial component.
